  • Do you require a deposit to book services?

    Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your package. The remaining balance is due at least one week before services begin.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date will not incur any additional fees, but the deposit will not be refunded.

  • Where are you based?

  • Can I reschedule my support dates?

    We understand life happens! You may reschedule once with at least 72 hours’ notice, depending on availability.
